Screen Printing on Plastic

This technique is commonly used for producing gadgets, plastic bottles, advertising boards, food or cosmetic packaging, as well as industrial and medical components. Proper surface preparation is crucial to remove contaminants that could affect print quality. The inks used in screen printing on plastic must be appropriately selected to ensure durability and aesthetics.

After the printing process, additional processing is necessary to ensure print durability and resistance. For fabrics, this includes drying or curing processes to ensure print longevity. For metal, plastic, glass, and ceramics, prints may undergo heat treatment to harden the ink and increase its resistance to external factors.


For further print durability, modern UV or LED systems are increasingly used. These technologies provide durable curing of the print through rapid drying of the ink under UV or LED radiation. These systems offer additional durability and resistance to various factors, such as natural sunlight, moisture, or chemicals.
